Meet The Team
The tag-team coaching duo of Connie and Lindsay brings with a wealth of experience to the table. From directing, to classes on leadership and administration, chorus and quartet coaching and everything in between.
Connie joined Sweet Adelines in 2000 when she discovered it fulfilled her desire to sing and perform. She has been a member of 4 choruses, including serving as a Certified Director and Choreographer, currently singing and dancing on the front row of the Rich-Tone Chorus. She is also a Sweet Adelines International Quartet medalist.
Connie lives in Fort Worth, TX and her daughter, Aleisha, lives in Tyler, TX. Connie works as a Billing Account Manager for a third-party healthcare administrator. She is also a travel advisor specializing in Disney and Universal destinations.
Lindsay's involvement in barbershop singing began in Montreal, QC in 1994, when she sang lead with a mixed youth quartet. Lindsay is a member of Harmony, Inc., Sweet Adelines International, and the Barbershop Harmony Society. She is a three-time International Quartet Champion in Harmony Inc., a Sweet Adelines International Quartet and small chorus medalist, and an SAI Rising Star Champion (2002).
She has almost 15 years of directing experience and currently directs Southwest Sound, the Fort Worth Chapter of the BHS and Note-Ably North Texas, a chapter of Sweet Adelines International.
Lindsay moved to TX in 2014 and is currently employed as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Mitchell International. She lives in Frisco, TX with her husband (whom she met through barbershop), Mark Holdeman.
